In our clinics we can use two types of veneer.
Direct veneer
The dentist has a specially designed dentifrice made of composite material, only one application is enough to apply it. It’s a cheaper, but less durable solution, it’s easy to discolor. We provide a half year guarantee for direct veneer made in our offices.
Porcelain veneer (clay pottery)
This made by dental technician, a thin, solid porcelain film made in a laboratory. Two occasions are required to apply it. It is a more costly procedure, but the result is much more durable than in the case of direct veneer, and there is no possibility of discoloration with proper oral hygiene. We offer a two year guarantee for ceramic tiles.
Due to the lifetime of our dentistry, we prefer porcelain veneers, but of course it is also possible to choose a direct veneer even when weighing the disadvantages.
